Sales Policy

Charge Upon Order Placement

EDMStore.com's current billing process takes place upon order placement.  Applicant agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by company to collect the unpaid balance, including interest as allowed by state law and any reasonable attorney's fee incurred.

 

Advertising Disclaimer

Product descriptions posted on our product pages are the representations provided by our suppliers. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from the picture. EDMStore.com is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.

EDMStore.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. EDMStore.com will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank.

Prices advertised in e-mail promotions are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

 

Product Price

As a leading retailer, EDMStore.com uses its purchasing power and strong relationships with top distributors to bring you low prices.

Orders will be charged based upon the price listed at the order preview screen plus the appropriate credit processing fee. EDMStore.com will not adjust pricing in order to match competitors' pricing.

 

System Availability

EDMStore.com makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, EDMStore.com is not responsible for bids or orders that are not processed or accepted.

 

Sales Tax

Orders billed by EDMStore.com will include sales tax on all shipments to California and Washington State. For orders billed directly by one of our vendors, please review the product description page for the appropriate states that sales tax will be charged.

EDMStore.com accepts California and Washington State reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchase. To submit your Reseller Certificate for tax-exempt status, you must fax your reseller's license to EDMStore.com at (866) 824-7110, Attention: Resellers Permit. We will update our system within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that your future orders are not taxed.

 

Cancellations

EDMStore.com reserves the right to cancel a bid or order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, EDMStore.com reserves the right to cancel any order or bid which was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer unless the shipment is delayed beyond the represented shipping time. If the ordered product(s) do not ship within the represented time.

 

Rates and Carriers

EDMStore.com negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. To support our customers' shipping needs we provide a variety of premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, USPS) with Next Day, 2nd Day and standard delivery options available for most items.

Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.

Next Day - Delivered the next business day by 5PM

2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5PM

Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days

Products have a flat rate for standard service, unless otherwise noted in the shipping and handling portion of the product description page. We frequently offer shipping promotions; please check the product page for current options and pricing.

Auction shipping is routinely charged per item. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, consolidated shipping is not available.

For orders over 150 pounds, EDMStore.com will ship via common carrier truck.

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

If you have been charged an incorrect shipping amount, please submit a service request for Incorrect Shipping Charges.

 

Insurance

All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. If you should experience any freight damage, please submit a request.

Order Status

We will notify you by e-mail when your package ships. You may also check the status of your shipment by going to EDMStore.

 

Overdue

Deliveries can be expected by combining order processing time and shipping time.

 

Order Processing Time

Order processing times are listed in business days, and are contingent upon credit card authorization and screening and do not include weekends or holidays. EDMStore.com will send an e-mail message notifying you when an item is delayed beyond the time represented.

Destinations and International Orders

EDMStore.com ships to the continental United States. In addition, many of our items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. EDMStore.com does NOT ship to PO boxes. Please review the specific product page for further details.

 

Billing to an International Address

Your billing information must be the same as is listed for you by your credit card provider. Billing address must be within the United States, Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico. Additional countries may be listed only if using American Express or T/T or L/C. Foreign billed orders falling outside of these above-stated perimeters will be canceled.

 

International Shipping Method

EDMStore.com uses UPS World Wide Express. This service includes brokerage fees; however, additional taxes or duties may be charged and are the responsibility of the customer. Larger orders are shipped by Fenton International Freight Forwarding, unless a customer supplied method is provided.

 

International Warranties

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States, Canada or Mexico. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

 

Return Policy

EDMStore.com is committed to working with you to ensure that every product under warranty performs to the manufacturer's specifications. In our experience, many problems can be resolved with the assistance and technical expertise of the manufacturer. See our Manufacturer List for contact information. If after contacting the manufacturer the product is not performing to the specifications, please contact the warranty holder.

 

 Warranty Support

Should your item require warranty services or is missing parts, please first contact the warranty service provider listed in the Warranty section of the product description. To view the item's description, go to the order status section of EDMStore..

If your item has not been repaired to your satisfaction, EDMStore.com will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, submit a Defective Product Service Request or a Missing Part Service Request. Please include the name, phone number and case/reference number of the warranty provider. An EDMStore.com representative will respond to you within 2 business days.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization

Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and/or EDMStore.com restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by EDMStore.com or the product manufacturer.

To request an RMA and shipping instructions please contact the warranty holder. Please see our Manufacturer List for manufacturer warranted goods, or our Customer Service department for EDMStore.com warranted goods. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.

 

Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.

 

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

EDMStore.com cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. EDMStore.com will charge a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original, unopened packaging.

 

Non-Defective Returns

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

 

Warranty Policy

EDMStore.com stands behind every product it sells.

Products billed by EDMStore.com carry a 30-day guarantee against defects. In addition many items carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please see the warranty information within the product description for warranty holder and details.

Warranty information on a product already purchased can be found by going to the order status section of EDMStore and clicking on the product description. Warranties apply from the date of shipment.

After 30 Days

After the first thirty days of invoice, all returns, replacements and repair must be handled directly with the manufacturer/publisher. Warranties vary by product. Use our Manufacturer's List for contact information.

International Warranties
